Justin explained the process and pointed out any potential problems (I have OLD windows and screens that can be hard to remove and replace) but there were no problems because of the care they took. The attention to detail was impressive-they were able to remove old paint and tape that had been on the windows for years and my home sparkles with the new level of light and brightness.
